El condo 4223 en cual nos estamos quedando ahorita tiene todo lo que le pedimos que nos encuentran, baños remodelados, cocina completa. Julie fue de gran ayuda en cuando estuvimos buscando un nuevo lugar para rentar. Fue paciente durante el processo y nos explico los terminos del contrato hasta que no nos quede niguna duda. Todas nuestras peticiones fueron tratadas rapidamente. Gracias

Conozco a Cesar Silvestre I have known Cesar Silvestre for the last 2+ years both as an acquaintance and as the Building Manager of Azul Condominiums in Bucerias.
My experience with Cesar as a building manager has been very positive. Cesar is very organized, and as I witnessed on many occasions, is a person with great leadership credentials. Cesar was responsible at Azul in leading a group of staff that were responsible for all aspects of the building. In my opinion his staff had a high level of respect for Cesar, and they all seemed very eager to provide their best under Cesar’s leadership.
Cesar has a high regard for customer service. In this case his customers are the owners at Azul. As one of the Owners, I am pleased that Cesar was always providing good response to concerns we may have had about the building. Since this is a relatively new building and we were new owners, Cesar always was eager to explain to us how he would solve some of the small issues that we had regarding the building, what we should expect from the developers, and our course of action to resolve issues.
In summary, our experience dealing with Cesar is always positive. I would not hesitate in recommending Cesar to any potential employers.
