In Calli Property Management we count with our Property Management service, we define our satandards industry through a service of the highest quality by the protection and administration of your house or apartment

 

We know your property is the result of hard work and planification thru the years.  For this reason, your property is really important for us.  We will take care of your investment as good as if you would do it yourself.  Choosing us, you ensure that your house or condo will be treated with care and attention.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance is essencial to maintain your property in good shape.  As we live in a tropical area is vital to have you house or condo fumigated every 3 months,  We will also take care of A/C maintenance, filter changed, just to mention some example of the task that are included in our services.

Weekly inspection

Weekly revision is also a main part of our work.  During these inspection we will run the water, air the condo and make sure there is not any kind of leak or water filtration.  

Cleaning & deep-cleaning

Our cleaning team, Jenny and Adela, have more then 10 years of experience in hotels and private house.  They are really meticulous in their job.

Basic plan

 

This plan include :

 

  • Bill payment (CFE, Telmex, HOA)

 

Optional :(paid by owner)

 

  • Pest control every 3 months

  • 1 cleaning a month

Intermediate plan

 

This plan include :

 

  • Bill payment (CFE, Telmex, HOA)

  • 3 visits/month and report in case of equipement misfunction

 

The visist include:

1. Revision of appliances and electronic devises

2. Verification of the A/C and boiler

3. Ventilation of the property and water circulation to avoid bad smell

4. Revision of light bulb and ceiling fans

 

Optional : (paid by owner)

 

  • Pest control every 3 months

  • 1 cleaning a month

Intermediate plan plus

 

This plan is design for owner that rent their property

 

This plan includes :

 

  • Bill payment (CFE, Telmex, HOA)

  • 3 visits/month and report in case of equipement misfunction

 

These visits include:

1. Revision of appliances and electronic devises

2. Verification of boiler and A/C

3. Ventilation of the property and water circulation

4. Revision of all ceiling fans and light bulb

  • Pest control every 3 months

  • 1 cleaning a month

  • Greet and meet

  • Airport pickup for guest (payable by guest)

This plan is designed for howeowner that rent their condo/home

 

This plan includes :

 

  • Bill payment(CFE, Telmex, HOA)

  • 3 visits/month + damage report if necesary

  • Greet and meet (check in and out) of your renter with no extra charge

 

The visites include :

1. Revision of appliances and electronic devises

2. Verification of the A/C and boiler

3. Ventilation of the property and water circulation to avoid bad smell

4. Revision of light bulb and ceiling fans

VRBO  (USD$400)

We manage all the bookings, the contracts and the money.  You,ll be informed of all booking, amount of the booking, client,s name, number of people and rental duration.  Our clients are carefully selected or have been refered to us.  We publish your property in many different pages from USA and Canada.  Don,t break your head any longer dealing with emails and phone calls, we,ll do it for you.  You will only see the income!
